Arranged to view a BMW was greated by the owner, no sales man speeches, gave me information on the car and said he would leave me have a look and if I had any questions to let him know. Agreed a sale on the car and collected on the Saturday, came with 12 months MOT, AA breakdown cover(which I have 12 months to activate) and 3 months warranty, 1 small issue with the handbrake (nothing major just needs a slight tighten) rang them on the monday, spoke to the owner within 10 mins was booked into a garage for repair. Overall very easy process no sales speech, no pressure, all questions asked and absolutely love my car. Highly recommend Buckley Trade Centre

Viewing the car online we emailed a few question which were answered promptly with a phone number for quicker replies we then arranged a time to go and view the car we arrived early and were given the keys to look inside we weren't mithered in anyway we then took the car for a test drive and was given some relevant info about the car on returning to the garage we was left alone to discuss the car and then the purchase went smoothly

Honest Approach

I found the owner to be a very pleasant person.My intention was to downsize my car as it was just not getting the use to justify the expense of it spending so much time on the drive.I was interested in one specific car and it was exactly has described in the advert so we concluded a deal. There was a 24 hour delay in picking up the car due to the garage being robbed and the office being trashed.Even taking this event into account the proprietor made everything seamless he transferred ownership and taxed the car paperless for me .Great guy.

The owner of the business is really friendly and incredibly helpful. It was my first experience buying from a dealer and I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. My experience with Buckley trade centre has been outstanding from start to finish they were so helpful to me in this difficult time. My car had broke down the end of last week and I had seen a car I liked on there website so I gave them a call and they sent me over all the information and pictures about the car i needed along with a video.They also took in to consideration that I am a key worker so couldn’t do with out a car.They delivered my car to my home with all social distancing measures in place. I am so happy with my new car now and I will defiantly be visiting here again and telling family and friends thank you so much !
